2026 Nâzım Hikmet Şiir Ödülü Jüri Üyeleri'nden istifa ve açıklama
2026 Nâzım Hikmet Şiir Ödülü jürisinde yer alan isimler, Bursa’daki yönetim değişiklikleri ve “anti-demokratik süreçler” gerekçesiyle görevlerinden istifa ettiklerini açıkladı; kararın, ödülün bağımsızlığına ve Nâzım Hikmet’in mirasına saygı vurgusu taşıdığı belirtildi.
"Bizler, aşağıda isimleri bulunan “2026 Nâzım Hikmet Şiir Ödülü Jüri Üyeleri” olarak, son dönem yaşanan birtakım belirsizlikleri gidermek adına kamuoyunu bilgilendirme ihtiyacı hissettik.
Geçtiğimiz yılın sonunda, Bursa Büyükşehir Belediyesi Kültür Dairesi Başkanlığı tarafından jüri üyeliğinin bizlere teklif edilmesi ile Nâzım Hikmet Jüri Üyeliğini 2025’te yayımlanmış şiir kitapları arasından değerlendirmeyi kabul ettik.
Titiz bir biçimde değerlendirmelerimizi yaptık ve“gerekçeli kararı” Bursa Büyükşehir Belediyesinin KültürDairesi Başkanlığı’na ilettik. Lakin ilkin Bursa Büyükşehir Belediye Başkanı Mustafa Bozbey’in ülkemizde son dönemlerde adeta alışkanlık haline getirilen hukuk görünümlü bir kararla “görevden” alınması, ardından “gerekçeli kararı” iletmemizin üzerinden bir gün dahi geçmemişken, dairenin başkanlığını yürüten Şafak Baba Pala’nın “görevden” el çektirilmesi ile bambaşka bir sürece girmiş bulunduğumuzun bilinmesini isteriz.
Anti-demokratik yöntemlerle, halkın çoğunluğunun seçtiği ve o kentin haklarına dair yürütme yetkisi verilen başkanın ve kadroların temsil gaspına uğramasını, bize verilen yetkinin boşa düşürülmesi olarak da okuyoruz.
Önceden halk tarafından yetkilendirmiş yöneticilerin yaptığı planlamaların, “yeni yönetim” tarafından zımni yöntemlerle ve de sözümona “erteleme” bahanesiyle etkinliklerin içinin boşaltılmaya çalışıldığının farkındayız.
Her şeyden önce Nâzım Hikmet’in anısına,“kuruculuğuna”, “büyüklüğüne” daha fazla saygısızlık edilmesine tahammülümüzün olmadığının bilinmesini isteriz.
Bu nedenle, oluşan anti-demokratik işlemlerin, uluslararası hukuk normlarına çekilmesini beklemenin bile beyhude olduğu bir dönemde, aşağıda ismi bulunan bizler, 2026 Nâzım Hikmet Şiir Ödülü Jürisinden istifa ediyoruz.
